Plantar Fascitis
Definition:
Partial tearing of the plantar fascia ligament that supports the arch of the foot.
Symptoms:
Pain in the arch of the foot
Pain in the heel
Worse in the morning when rising
Pain with walking, running and sporting activities
Causes:
Training error
Overuse
