A disease of the palmar fascia resulting in thickening and shortening of fibrous bands on the palmar surface of the hand and fingers resulting in characteristic flexion deformity of the fourth and fifth digits.
Symptoms:
Can not fully extend finger
Usually 3rd, 4th, 5th finger
Difficulty gripping objects

Unknown, but the following are risk factors:
