Causes:
- Overuse of the shoulder
- Direct trauma to the shoulder
- Repetitive injury of the shoulder
- Age related
- Infection
- Arthritis
- Gout
- Thyroid disease
- Diabetes
Treatment:
- ROM and stretching
- Shoulder stabilization exercises
- Upper extremity strengthening
- Posture program
