Definition:
Inflammation of the tendons attached to the finger.
Symptoms:
- Swelling in the finger
- Loss of ROM in the finger
- Finger pain with movements
- Stiffness in the finger

- Overuse of the finger- computer work
- Repetitive finger movements

- ROM and stretching
- Soft tissue mobilization
- Ergonomic education
- Posture program
- Hand intrinsic muscle strengthening
