Dislocation of the Ulna Distal End

Definition:

Displacement of the ulnar distal end; specifically disturbance or disarrangement of the normal relation of the bones entering into the formation of a joint.

Symptoms:

Instability in wrist/forearm
Pain in the wrist

Causes:

Fall
Direct blow

Treatment:

Period of immobilization
Progress to ROM and stretching exercises
Upper extremity strengthening
